1. The service

TranscriptBinder (the "Service") is a free tool run by Hogisim Lab. It reads the public captions of YouTube videos the user selects, in the user's own browser, and binds them into a booklet. No sign-up is required.

2. Your responsibilities

• Transcripts belong to their video creators. Use them for personal study and research only; do not republish or sell them.
• Follow YouTube's Terms of Service and applicable laws.
• Do not use the Service for automated bulk collection or in ways beyond normal use.

3. Usage limits

To keep the Service stable, daily use is limited (currently 50 videos). Limits may change.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". Some features may stop working when YouTube changes its pages or captions, and we do not guarantee that transcripts are accurate or complete.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hogisim Lab is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Changes and discontinuation

The Service and these terms may change or end. If these terms change, we will update this page and its effective date.
